This is a really nice place to live. The neighborhood is walkable, the grounds are well maintained, the price is reasonable, and the leasing staff is really helpful. The maintenance team, especially Cliff, has gone above and beyond in fixing really tedious problems at my apartment. Pros: - Spacious apartment - Beautiful grounds with lots of trees - Plenty of parking - Responsive maintenance crew - New appliances and carpet (in my unit at least) - Nice balcony/patio space - Garage parking available - Relatively good pricing - Washer and dryer in unit - Helpful leasing staff (thanks Ryan and DJ) Cons: - The amenities are under construction and the pool is usually closed (because reckless people bring glass and garbage) - The streets are narrow and have lots of potholes (not their fault) - You have to walk a block or two to drop off your recycling

This place is amazing! Been here about 3 months now and I have zero complaints. The grounds are upkept in timely manners, maintenance is always speedy, the area is QUIET & CALM and my apartment is literally the cutest, cozy and private. The leasing office is always helpful and kind. A huge difference from my last residence in aurora. Not to mention it’s conveniently placed next to a shopping center. 10/10 recommend.

The apartments are gorgeous! Located in a very well kept and quiet neighborhood with a shopping center conveniently nearby. I moved here from out of state and I was very nervous and had a lot of questions. Ryan from the leasing office was so patient and informative, and he answered all my emails/calls in a timely manner. Both times I’ve had to request maintenance they have been responsive, dependable and friendly. Morgan came to replace a lightbulb for me and he was very kind and efficient. Overall great experience living here!

I have been living here just over 4 months and the experience so far has been great. I love my apartment, the area feels super safe, and the few small maintenance requests I have done are fixed as soon as possible. The maintenance staff here is always super friendly and polite, makes sure they do the best job possible, clean up after doing their work, make sure you are happy, and have NEVER made me feel uncomfortable. I 100% recommend IMT Dayton Station.
