I don't like paying hundreds of dollars per night for a hotel because it seems like a waste, so I always go with one of the less expensive options when I'm looking for a place to stay, and I've never really regretted it. This time I regretted it! The staff were unfriendly and unavailable. Half the time they seemed to be watching TV in the lobby, the other half of the time they just weren't around and to get any help you have to ring a bell (which says something like "not today" on it...not exactly welcoming). This might not have been such a big deal if our keys hadn't stop working multiple times during our three night stay. There was a coffee maker in our room that hadn't been cleaned out in who knows how long so when I went to use it I found yucky old coffee pods inside. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. The pillows were all lumpy but flat, like they've been put in the washing machine over and over. I barely got any sleep, and when I did I woke frequently to doors slamming because the doors here close very loudly and the walls are thin. The hotel is between a Denny's and another hotel. Not a big deal for us, but the Denny's stayed busy 24 hours so something to be aware of as some of the rooms do back right up to the restaurant. The not so bad parts: the ac in our room worked (as we checked in another guest was complaining that his did not), and there was a mini fridge which also worked. I would not stay here again.

Awful place. Got in late at night. Air conditioning was broken in my room. Ordered two queen beds and got two fulls instead. Room didn't feel clean. Outdated everything. Lobby smelled like weed (this did change in the morning, so maybe not a huge deal). Breakfast was terrible. My year old couldn't even stomach one of the waffles lol. But hey, the fridge did work in the bedroom, so that's a plus.

Terrible. Tried to put us in a room with three industrial fans actively drying the carpets. Then wouldn’t honor our reservation for two queen beds even though we paid in advance. Apparently you’re taking your chances if you book “online”. We asked to speak to the manager but were told he’s out, don’t know when he’ll be back and no he doesn’t have a cell phone. Good news is that we walked next door to the Clarion Inn and it’s so much better. Clean rooms, nice staff, huge indoor pool and free breakfast. And cheaper. Save yourself a headache and book here first.

worst experience ever i will never stay there again. while i was out for the day my bathroom ceiling fan caught on fire. the water soaked everything and ruined my makeup and i lost a pair of pants and a shirt. then i was moved to a different room. That room had no water and we couldnt take a shower or flush the toilet! then when i got home i checked my account and i had to pay $250 for the fact my husband couldnt flush the toilet because there wasnt any water. then when i called to talk to the manager she couldnt be reached and no one will call me back. I will never tell anyone to stay at this place.
