Food is decent. They need some sound panels up for the reverb. It's hard to hear them when you order. They also don't do togo cups for just water which is tacky and cheap.

Over the last year, the portions of the bowls have gotten consistently smaller. When I asked for 1/2 beans 1/2 potatoes, I literally got TWO green beans and three small slices of potato. I had to pay extra for double that…. It would be a great healthy lunch, but the cost of a bowl that is primarily rice and veggies (I’m not a big fan of their chicken) is absurd. They could be successful if the owner wasn’t sulky and there were reasonable portions. Hoping a competitor can make this great concept a workable reality.

If the food is average (which it was), the customer service has to be on par. The miserable manager treated my partner like trash when ordering our food. Unacceptable behavior in general, let alone in a service industry setting. Could learn something from her subordinates, as they were friendly and amiable. Wouldn’t recommend anyone come here unless you want to be treated poorly and over pay for flavorless food. Couldn’t be bothered coming back.

Good variety of protein choices for pita or bowl. Toppings were fresh, sauces were good.
