This has been my PRIMARY care facility for over 10 years. I've been here long enough to complain about certain doctors that aren't suitable for patient care. I have also been here long enough to experience and connect with the awesome Doctor, nurses and administrative staff. I am truly grateful for a health care facility such as this to have helped me transition to better health. Kudos to Dr. Jordan, Dr. Chidi, the Women's Clinic, administrative and Security staff. We appreciate your services.

Always have the best experiences here. Here and there the wait gets lengthy but they are always doing the best they can. So friendly and so affirming. I feel like they really care for my health. They answer all my questions and make sure I all of my concerns are met. Today I was feeling anxious about my woman's exam but the friendliness and service put me at ease. If you're reasonably healthy and set up appointments instead of using the walk-in clinic, this is actually a pretty decent place to go. It's cheap, and many things are free if you're on medi-cal, and the workers seem caring and professional. That said, appointments need to be made at least 2 weeks in advance, and the doctor might not have that much time to see you if they have a lot of patients waiting. Basically, it's not a bad place, but it's also not a good place to go if you have serious health problems and/or need to be seen frequently or need a lot of one on one time. I didn't have to wait very long during this visit, but when I used to use the walk-in clinic, it would take hours.

Yes ...but you have to be there early... like 2 hours before they open... some time you can get lucky and they won't be busy... you never know... but they do good work in
Hi! They do, M-F on a first come serve. I believe the clinic opens @ 730am & there's also an afternoon clinic but you have to get there early too bcz they only see a number of patients during that time. From my experiences, I've stood in line as early as 6am.😏 I hope you feel better soon.
If u go u will get help by. A person that will directed u to a Doctor or social worker thats their to answer any questions u need to know about your health. Just have pastion for a paiticion. Also take a friend and all dialects

All self pay patients must start off in Urgent and its $85. Urgent care is first come first serve and depending on how many providers they have available on the day you go will determine how many patients they can see. They open at 730 Monday thru Saturday and closed on Sundays.
It isn't free but low cost. Urgent is $80 or $85 Primary is $65 You can always go to the Medi-Cal office Rm 103 to apply for Medi-Cal
They give out numbers for the entire day at 730a, sometimes they fill up right away and will put people on a waiting list. The last patient is usually 6p, but to ensure you get a spot you should show up at 730a
