Total honesty. I call the round to a lot of shops trying to replace my tire because I had a nail in it. The only place that asked me if I wanted to patch it or use my spare was Pacific. The other places all wanted me to buy a tire that was upwards of $200-$300 and I wanted to charge me an extra $100 to install it. This visit ended up costing me $30 in 30 minutes, the employees were friendly and professional. I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate not getting scammed by a scummy shop, these guys are the best.
