Very poor service! I had to wait a long time to just be told their camera isn't working for passport photos. I drove all the way over here to wait 20 minutes for them to tell me they can't take passport photos, even though their phone recording said they did. At least update your phone recording if you can't take passport photos! Don't go here for passport photos!

This is hands-down the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. This week they were out of my prescription, after assuring me it would be in stock and ready to be picked up before they close early today and for the rest of the weekend. It's not ready, and it's impossible to get through on the phone and the line is always extremely long. I'm out of my prescription now and can't reach my doctor to transfer the prescription until Monday. Last month, we went to pick up my husband's prescription on a Saturday, and guess what! They're closed even though posted hours say otherwise. Then after being a week late filling my prescription claiming an issue with a prior authorization, and several calls back and fourth between my insurance, doctor, and the pharmacy, I found out they had just entered it wrong in the system. My doctor called me on a Saturday morning to tell me this pharmacy is unbelievably incompetent and to switch ASAP. I would have done so sooner but I can walk to this pharmacy so wanted to try to make it work. I'm writing this as I'm waiting on hold with them right now, the 3rd time I've tried to call today and I've already waited 20 minutes. This is only a few of the many times they've messed up. I'm definitely switching now even if it means I have to drive to Erie. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I've been on hold for 75 minutes, (yes, and hour and 15 minutes) and counting trying to talk to someone about a prescription that should have been filled a couple of days ago. If you go here be prepared to wait 30+ minutes either in line or the drive thru. You guys have got to do something wait times are getting worse not better!! "Supply chain, labor shortage".... the typical response is what we'll hear if we hear anything at all but how backlogged are you if you haven't gotten to a prescription that should have been filled on the 11th yet (today is the 14th)?? Dont come here.

I thought this would be an great pharmacy to transfer prescriptions to. After being in hold for 15 minutes, I guess I'll just drive over there to get some answers. It shouldn't take a week to get a normal every day Rx filled. I'm going to switch to King Snoopers Pharmacy across the street or keep using CVS in Brighton. At would be faster. This customer service is horrible.

I think you should call Medicare and ask them about coverage. Walgreens is probably not going to know or guarantee what your insurance will pay.
