I love this Talbots! The team members who work there are the best...very friendly, and helpful! Only negative....I wish they would go back to the cotton in there original tee's....loved them!

It was great! I needed a different pair of pants for an afternoon wedding...the next day. Susanne was awesome! She did give me a little grief about it being last minute, which I loved! I am sure she probably doesn't do that often, or maybe she does! Either way I will go back and have her help me! I chose a pair of pants and went to try them on, she made sure I had a different color, just in case. She checked in while I was in the dressing room, and I showed her the pair she had gotten for me (too long, I am a shorter person). I should not that I was alone so no other opinion. The ones I got were perfect. She didn't try to sell me anything else, just what I needed! I love that!! A little pricey, but I believe that the quality is there.

Excellent as usual!! I shop at no other company for myself, my daughter, and now the daughters-inlaw! The servers/staff are caring, gentle, and provide honest advise when asked. Keep up the good work Talbots!!! Love your variety!!
