Summerlakes is a great place to live. The association does a wonderful job managing the mere $40 dues per month per home. The grounds are well kept and facilities are in great condition. The pool, hot tub, gym, indoor basketball court, party rental suite, and game room are all in excellent condition and are fabulous parts of our small HOA community! The summerlakes park is the best kids park around and the softball diamonds are great for all ages!
