I have lived in Tatum ranch for 13 year's and live it there. The community is awesome. The hoa fees are very low compared to others, and it is so clean. Sylvie and the entire staff ate amazing. They wirk as a team and offer so many things to the community. Fun place too. Breakfast events, parties, bingo, and the place is available for u to rent out w most items available to u for your event for a minimal fee.

Yes! They can be planted in your backyard.

We have had a lot of bobcats entering our backyard. Do we call animal control? I am from california so not really used to these type of situations!
