Unprofessional on all levels! They don’t handle community issues and my payments are always off and not accounted for. They are running a scam with a lady named Connie in regards to gate tags. I had to go through my bank to place a claim to get my money back! All they do is take your money and never return phone calls, text messages or emails.

So difficult to get through on the phone to speak with anyone at Camco Nevada. However, once you do, they are very helpful.

Terrible company that does nothing to help its residents. Fails to resolve any issues and blames homeowners for everything. Only thing they are on top of is collecting HOA fees, surprise surprise. If possible, use any other HOA than this one, you will regret relying on these people.

Absolute worst HOA! Actually take pictures of properties at night. Harasses people with multiple letters for one issue all printed the same day minutes apart from one another. Driving by at all random hours days and months. Walks on peoples property (ves cameras see you!) Home values went up so the homes that sold for high prices are being bought by perfectionists so it's clear camco could care about the working class and families. If the harassment doesn't stop we will be finding a lawyer. Nothing on our property is so out of compliance that it warrants this garbage.
