The 0.8 mi beach trail is manageable and nice. However, the 0.6 mi uphill hike was extremely difficult , not for amateurs. Please see photos.

Excellent small state park. There is a stone parking lot for about 10 cars. There is a .6 mile loop trail through the woods. There is also a trail to the point with an overlook. There is also a beachfront trail. There is a substantial amount of vertical feet on the short trail. There is a restroom facility near the beach as well as picnic tables.

A nice quiet beach off the beaten path. It ended up being the perfect spot to soak up some sun.....no other people around and no sounds but the waves and the occasional large bird overhead. There’s a short hike from the parking area. It’s a little sloped, but not steep or too long.
