attempted to get a wheel alignment and they sent me to this location very disrespectful and unprofessional, dropped the car off in the morning and came back at 4:30pm to pick it up as stated and car had not even begun to be worked on, very poor customer service and wasn’t even able to do the alignment because of “heavy modifications”

The manager of this store, Christopher Zapfe, did not want to make a lineup. The excuse he gave was that because I told him that my car had a plastic protection behind the seat and could not move further back, I drive that car for 8 to 10 hours, that pretext It is not ethical or professional.

Poor customer service. Old guy is rude and acts like a see you next Tuesday. I wanted to add on to this. I had a feeling the guy was lying to me when he said my tire was not able to be patched. Today I got my tire patched at a different Firestone location. This location is in gurnee. Much friendlier and they don’t try to sell you a new tire without assessing the situation. Don’t let these “pros” tell you! It’s a tire. Not rocket science
