This location was amazing!! I specifically spoke to Sheila and she was so nice, caring, and helpful. She gave me a few different solutions to the problem I was having and together we found the best one. I truly appreciate all she did for me as what I was dealing with was very stressful.

Wouldn’t accept a shipment even though I had permission and preprinted label. Employee was super rude and argumentative. Unbelievable.

Their customer service is okay on the phone or through chat on their website. That would be your best bet to get this checked out
Best idea would be to go there IP during hours to see what's going on. I've always had more success calling and asking for manager right away

Best bet would be to take the tracking number and update shipping location to a ups store. This will fix your problem
