I keep getting delivery attempts that tell me on my phone that they are scheduled between 4:15 pm and 7:15 pm - adult signature required. In the past 8 months, 7 of 8 times these have always been attempted before 3:00 pm! Your drivers violate it!

Best bet would be to take the tracking number and update shipping location to a ups store. This will fix your problem
