Came for a new tire and tire rotation. I prepaid. The guy refused to rotate the tires even though the service was included. Tried to sell me new tires. I just took my new tire and left.

Upsetting - I bought a set of tires online and had them recently installed. Didn’t anticipate any issues but after a few days took a closer look and noticed that one tire was the wrong size (245 versus 225). Extremely disappointed, as I did drive on the highway. Double check your purchase / install.

Great customer service, also it's great that they accept both walk-ins & appointment's. I just needed a new tire & they checked all my tire's & said it would be best if I got two. They gave me good advice & educated me on the reason & most importantly the $$.

They are not good at all. not recommended and I will go to somewhere else. Those are what happened when I purchased and installed the winter wheel & tire sets. 1. missing center hub ring. There were high speed vibration. went to the store for rebalancing. --> still vibrate --> went to another Discount store --> they found center hub rings are missing --> they called Palatine store to check if they have them --> Sure they don't even know where they are and charged me for them in the invoice 2. customer valve stem cap missed after installation. I had customized valve stem cap on each wheels and they disappeared after installation and they put cheap black plastic valve stem caps. They could not find them and asked me to bring the receipt for the reimb. No apology. My item is discontinued so I can't get the same thing. 3. Defensive answer I was worried about wheel scratch from automatic car wash by rail. They convinced it will be ok. --> when I called for valve stem cap and asked about it to make sure, the rep didn't recommend it and said nothing is 100% guaranteed. Even a kid can say such a thing. Changing recommendation after sale, wow! 4. Wrong rebate info. When I purchase the tires, they said my tires are qualified for mail-in rebate of $90. When I went to tire manufacturer's website for mail-in rebate online, my tire was not listed in the rebate item. I read qualifying tire models list and found out my tires are not qualified for the rebate. made me spent $90 more ;( Big reason I won't go there is I feel poor craftmanship. I can't believe how they can miss so many things. I recommend to go to another Discount tire store or tire shop. Now I need to make one more trip for center hub ring next week. (another discount tire store)
