I was at this store around 4 p.m. tonight and a customer approached an employee to explain that the puppies didn't have water. The employee told her that if she didn't like it to not come in the store. She was making fun of the customer and the other 2 employees jumped in & joined her - they were saying that humans don't have water in their hands 24/7, asking her where her water bottle was and yelling at her across the store even after she walked out. It seemed really unprofessional and trashy. And it's really sad to see a customer caring more about the job than the employees. I was going to make a complaint to corporate and while looking up their number I found an article that says "The Illinois Department of Agriculture has accused Furry Babies, which operates a pet store in CherryVale Mall, of operating without a license." I would be leary of purchasing here because they do not take care of their animals, don't respect customers, and will probably be shut down soon.
