I been living in governors House Apartments for five years and I love it .. it’s very clean and quite a very peaceful place to live .. maintenance workers are so nice they go above and beyond there duties.. when ever something breaks they are there the next day to fix it , when ever I had an issue with a tenant in my building thry took care of the issue right away great place to live but most of all is Misty the beautiful lady that works in the office.. don’t want to put my personal business out , but in 2021 I lost my job and my mom to Covid at the same time which was so hard on me . And months behind in my rent, and I had hard times paying my rent and finding a job .. instead of her proceeding with Eviction process she help me find places that help pay my rent and set up payment plans to help me get back on track and encourage me to keep my head up . Such a beautiful woman with a beautiful soul, I will slwaus have love and respect for her she help me keep a roof over my kids head ..So if your looking for a beautiful place to live and people that really care and is willing to help you governors House Apartments is the place to live

Misty is one of the best Landlords of all time. When my husband and I first moved in we had little to no experience in renting. Misty walked us through every step of the way. I am proud to say I have been a resident at Governors House Apartments for just over a year. The maintenance workers are so sweet and considerate the even helped my husband jump his car in the winter. The maintenance workers work hard to keep the parking lot nice and plowed in the winter. Misty makes finding a new home quick and easy. I can never thank her enough!!!!!
