horrible! I had to drive 30 minutes for them not to answer any questions and they only gave me the number 1 800 to call! What is the point of having an "open" office?

I contacted a lawyer. They told me you can file a complaint with the BBB. But unless you have specific proof the company did anything...or a current or former employee can validate your claim. Good luck. Take them to court for all the clients of shady body shops.
Nevada only requires Liability Insurance, which may or may not be covered by GEICO depending upon your particular policy
Do they have a representative who speaks Spanish and English, or only speaks English? I'm not answering anything, I'm just asking.
