This is an excellent gym, very well equipped & offers a clean and bright space for its members and guests. I was traveling through Chicago today and I called the Union Station location to ask about a guest pass. They were very accommodating and allowed me to keep my suitcase in the office while I worked out. The steam room and locker rooms have everything you need: I was able to shower and get ready for my evening flight after the workout. Thank you for your hospitality!

This gym used to be very good and the gym manager was very friendly. However after the pandemic, many nice friendly staff were all gone and now the new Gym manager is horrible. Even after putting on freeze, they kept charging the full price for a few months. They also said freeze fee can be used later upon re-activation. But that was a big lie. I wish I canceled the membership long time ago. Or I wish I switched to the different FFC location so that I didn't need to deal with these filthy people. It's totally not worth spending 120 per month for this mediocre customer service.

Love this gym. Staff is the best in the city and amenities and gym goers are awesome. Only gym I’ve been going to for over 3 years where everyone puts their weights back and respects others.

I recently joined and am very happy with my decision. I have had nothing but excellent interaction with the staff, the facility is very clean, and all the equipment is in good condition. The new accounts rep, Jasmin, was more than helpful and answered all my questions before I joined.
