I'm currently staying here for a couple of months for an internship, so going into this I was already really nervous to live completely on my own for the first time! However, the staff here made me feel so comfortable and the room itself is actually quite nice. My expectations have definitely been surpassed and I'm thankful for such a good experience so far!

The Customer Service Rep Annette, who checked us in, did a wonderful job. We came in late and she was very kind, super helpful. Took care of us and got our room, made sure it was clean for us.. After a long trip, the room was decent for us to lay our heads and get back on the road again. Thank you for your help! God Bless!

I had troubles checking in at first because my virtual card wouldn't go through. But the lady at the front desk, Cheline, was absolutely wonderful and had super patience and found a way to check me in! So I give customer service a 5 out of a 5. We also had an issue with the door locking, but the manager immediately moved us into a better room, with a working lock, in record time. Shout out to the cleaning lady! So once again, very attentive and problem solving staff. 5 out of 5. My rating is only a 4 because of the location. I understand extended stays have more long term residents, so for travel and staying 2 nights this isn't my favorite set up. And the stove top is certainly dated and strong chemicals were used to clean the room, giving me a pretty bad headache. I'm glad the window cracked enough to provide some ventilation. Breakfast coffee was very nice and hot.

Was OK. Didn't have a refrigerator, their was a sign on the wall for vending machines for those late night snacks, BUT NO VENDING MACHINE!!! One of the elevators was broken so it always took a few moments to traverse the floors, do to not wanting to over crowd the elevator do to Covid-19. The breakfast was great. Had the buffet. No complaints their.

The counter person was slow to notice i was there and i had to go outside to book room on my phone. All together the counter person was respectful and courteous once his attention was on my registration. The quest were rude and he was trying to deal with those situations. He was professional in my case.

Why do you have to ask to have tour room cleaned once a week? And when they do, they throw everything away...

So Sorry to tell you this.....but i stayed here a few months ago, and i stayed at least two months, snd except for coming in my room to steal any towels i may have... I Never saw a maid or any member of housekeeping unless i saw them loitering around the 1st floor employee lounge/break area. Go figure. Sorry!
