Terrible experience. Never return emails, took 2 months to tell me they couldn't fix. Offered "rush service" next day repair, then 3 days later said "oh, we can't do rush service on this" only because i stopped in and asked whats going on. Took a 40 dollar deposit then told me "we tell ppl it's a deposit so they pick up item but really it's a take a look at fee", 2 months later. Don't waste your time with these dishonest, unprofessional ppl.

I own a Denon AVR X6200W 9.2 Channel receiver that completely died (no power, no standby, nothing). A similar replacement receiver cost between $1500-$1800 and other shops quoted $500-$600 to fix it if. I was beside myself (I love my theater) and have limited cash. I took it to Jeff's Professional Audio Repair and he was able to fix it on time for only $150.00. He is honest and runs a great shop! I will take all my audio gear there from here on out. I would give Jeff's 6 stars if I could! GREAT JOB!!

Yes-he can fix it. He is reasonable. I had disc stuck and he got it out.
They are the best on my specialty cars. Everytime I have something done on my cars especially my MBZ AMG SUV, when the battery is disconnected and reconnected, it locks up my radio, sometimes the A/C and warning lights come on the dash, they re code the system.
The team there provides and awesome service. They will tackle alot of issues, they've done great by me

Yes they are pretty thorough on stereo equipment. Give them a call, tell them your stereo issue and they will let you know whether or not your issue can be resolved.
