I purchased a piece of furniture the end of March. I was told it would be in the beginning of June. I called to inquire told it was not going to be in until beginning of July. I called the beginning of July and I was told not in yet. I finally received a call July 26th that is was in. I was told it needed to be put together so I asked what time could I pick up. (Asked to give me a time ) was told to come in anytime that it would be put together in the morning. My husband went to pick it up on the 27th in the afternoon and he was told that he needed to call before picking it up. The day prior I was very clear on asking about picking it up. I called to inquire about why it was not ready. The owner (female) answered the phone and I explained my frustration since the beginning of purchasing this. She interrupted me while I was talking and I asked if I could finishing speaking that it was rude to not let me finish. She told me I was rude. She also told me that I was a liar that I was told to call not to come in anytime. I have spend thousands of dollars with this company and I will never go back. I will say the young tall salesperson is very nice. ( he is the one I talked to about pick up) In the past I have witnessed her being rude to employees and other customers. Absolutely do not recommend going to this store.
