Louis James deserves a very special place in heaven. When I called, I spoke to him, not a machine . He personally delivered his ashes and American flag. He is a kind and loving man, who made a heart wrenching experience a little easier. When he was called to our home in the middle of the night, he came himself, not a member of his staff. He sat with us, did not rush us. When he left, he gave us all a warm, and heart-felt hug. I hope all who reads this will remember his name, when the need arrives. I will remember him, and his kindness to me and my family forever. May the Lord keep him safe. I am eternally grateful to him.
