Place is run down and always short staffed residents go weeks without showers or beds getting changed. The food is terrible and the administration clearly doesn’t care about the residents or staff

I can't thank the staff enough. I have dealt with many assisted living facilities Hiton East is the best place ever. The staff took great care of my Mom. They knew what she needed and watch over her every needs. They made sure my Mom was cared for. I am truly grateful for the people at Hilton East. I highly recommend Hilton East .

There's only one bus for the morning at 7ish, a park and ride. then the return leaves the transit center around 5pm. Man you miss those times and you are going to be hurting!
You'll pay $1270.00 a month. Does not include cable or room air conditioning. You got people in hospice baking in the summer. They probably do that on purpose to kill you quicker then get the next in line. This place runs in private. Meaning they put profit over the needs of the people they serve.
