Traditions at North Bend

The building is new. Things look nice. We were very happy with our mother's room size. However, they claim they are having staffing problems and this has meant that our mother is not getting services that were promised when we registered her. Things that upset her are: Her garbage isn't being emptied, her bed hasn't been changed, she's not getting taking down to the dining room or brought back in a timely fashion, which is very frustrating to her. On one occasion Kroger'd delivered to her apartment some else's medicine, which if we hadn't caught the error through a phone conversation could have really made her sick. Her issues seem to have fallen on deaf ears.

Our mother has been there since it opened. They struggle keeping the rooms clean. Always seem short staffed , especially on the weekends. Memory care unit struggles to keep my mother changed or to the restroom as often as needed, causing frequent UTIs and confusion
