Beautiful park. Trail is well maintained making it a great place to run or walk the dogs. The Honvander House has a fantastic garden looked over by the Master Gardeners, the day lilies are spectacular this year.

So excited it's open again after the flood! Love walking here with my dog.

Fun! They have recovered VERY nicely from the flood. On the wall of a small storage barn they have a wooden plaque marking the water level - it's about 5 feet high. I'm amazed that they have so many of the structures restored. The main restrooms are still closed but they have a handicap-accessible porta-potty available. It was fun to climb the tower and see the chickens and ducks. You can find your way to the river and skip rocks. When you're done here, make sure you also visit the Tennant Lake Fragrance Garden just down the road!

Wish I could give this place 10 stars! Well maintained, not crowded on a weekday. The dahlia garden is spectacular! The kitchen garden gives plenty of ideas. Loved that all the plants are labeled and the WSU master gardeners do an excellent job with descriptions and info. Wish we were closer, would love to volunteer here.

I think they let RVs dry camp during certainly events such as the bluegrass festival.
No there is no admission fee. It's a local city park. Fun, fun for a wide range of age groups. Enjoy
Ive never paid a fee before, but the hours you can go inside are limited. I would call and get their schedule.
