Been paying bills on time but for some reason my landlord is getting collection letters for a month I have already paid. When I log into my account I can't access these alleged statements since it indicates I have a 0 balance. Again no trace of this activity in my billing statements. With rates this high I definitely dont want to pay out of pocket for cycles I have already paid for.

As someone who is currently in an outage, its been 7 hours and no word on anything, they don't let you talk to a real person on the phone. This is the WORST energy company I have ever encountered. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. If you have the ability to use a different energy provider DO IT

I work for Penelec if you recieved a phone call you will be out. Dont go by what is on the radio hope this helps
