first time the hair came out very striped and yellow/orange. Went back to get it fixed and still striped along with color is yellow/orange. Drove an hour two separate times and both times the hair did not come out well. Texted the hair stylist and asked for a partial refund but did not get an answer. Would not go back and would not recommend. Hoping a partial refund can be given.

I found out about this place from my mom, and The Den Salon is so fantastic. The design of the inside feels like a spa! It's so classy. Mike, the owner, is so talented and very warm and welcoming. I've gotten cut and styles, coloring, and highlighting done. His work is excellent and he always gives me the best advice for my skin tone and face shape. I honestly trust him to just do whatever he wants with my hair and it turns out amazing.

I had a wonderful experience at The Den! I booked an appointment online but I wasn't sure how it all would work out. My husband gets his haircut there by Michael Sena and thinks he does a great job, "He does women's hair too," he told me. So I booked with Michael. Because I booked at their website, they sent me an automated reminder text the day before my appointment...very helpful. The busy plaza address gives no indication of what's really inside. The decor and layout of The Den is so inviting, it's a perfect blend of professionalism and comfort, great for men and women. Michael greeted and welcomed me, took my coat, and lead me to a chair. He had a challenge with me, a first time customer who wanted a color fix and cut. He took time with me, asking my preferences and offering his knowledge to help me determine what I thought would look best. He mixed my chosen color and later told me that he entered the formula in his computer system so I could have the same results, should I want it, the next time I visited! He cut my hair like an artist, taking time and consideration, working confidently and taking enjoyment in his work. Michael is also an extremely pleasant and friendly personality, it was a pleasure to pass the time with him. As the owner of The Den, he has put his heart and soul into it and obviously feels similarly invested in his clients having a great experience. As I concluded my appointment, and he retrieved (and helped me on with) my coat, he made recommendations for products I might be interested in purchasing, but without using the pressure sale. He offered an opportunity to book an appointment 6-8 weeks out, which I appreciated. The Den is definitely the place to go if your in the area.
