Food usually is good but didn't care for the steak loaded with a ton of onions in a sauce. $38 steak over mashed potatoes with not much flavor & not served with any salad or bread.

Other than the fantastic company we were with, the great guys that played that night and our waiter, everything else was unbearably uncomfortable for a restaurant in Rocky Hill in 2022. Some of the staff were very rude with a manager or perhaps the owner staring at me incessantly and our table being cleared before we were done like they were trying to rush us out. They obviously were not prepared for the crowd that came to see the mini concert, including a hometown man, whose band was only allowed a five minute break. My excitement for being there was short lived, but we stayed for the performance. For a family style restaurant, we really weren't treated like "family". Extremely disappointed and disheartened.

Save room for dessert at O.C. Kitchen.Enclosed in the brick terrazzo, we enjoyed excellent service and delicious, authentic Italian food. This is the kind of place you eat at once a week just to remain well fed. Salmon with a crispy crust, cauliflower soup in a delicate tomato broth - ravioli, lasagna and lots of wine. Oh and their dessert trio!! A must!

I came here with a small group of friends for dinner during the week. The place was easy to spot off the road and had plenty of parking. We walked in and I had to flag someone down to get us seated since no one was at the front. We then took a table outside since the weather was nice. We were told that the pizza oven wasn't up that day, so unfortunately that took off half of the dinner options on the menu, additionally 3-4 main entrees were also not available. I asked if there were happy hour specials and was told they weren't offering happy hour anymore. Once we did order and got our food we were all pleased with it and it was very good. Our waitress was also very friendly. My friend and I were both wearing open toe shoes and our feet/legs kept getting bit by some sort of bugs, but nothing was flying around us. We both had bites the next morning so I would recommend to just sit inside.
