I went here yesterday and the owner was NOT WEARING A MASK. Then proceeds to talk to with not 6ft away. I kept backing up and he would come closer. I even mentioned that he should be wearing a mask and didn’t say anything about it. This is against policy and ALL businesses are REQUIRED to wear masks. I went there again today to return something and guy at the register said I cannot return it even tho I did not use it and I had the receipt with me. He was extremely rude and showed no concern for me. Spend your time driving to a different smoke shop. Don’t go here they rip people off and don’t care about your health and safety.

Clerks absolutely have no knowledge about vaping at all. Asked one for new batteries for my vape and he showed me coils instead. I repeatedly asked for batteries while he was showing me more and more coils. I left the store afterwards, without batteries.

This is the worst vape shop I've ever been to. Absolutely no knowledge of anything. Very rude to the customer. Bought a new mod here only because mine died at 10 PM and this was the only place open. Wouldn't allow me to actually look at anything. When I asked if I could return it if it didn't work, the answer was "No, it's good." Looked online after I got home and the $70 mod I bought was actually a $40 mod with a jacked up price. The next day, it stopped working and I'm stuck with an over priced paperweight. I'll be talking to my bank and filing a complaint with consumer protection. Never, ever go here. Worst experience ever!

I'm not happy with the way they get rid of clerks who are good know there customers so well. you just let one go who knew his customer so well and he treated them like family I enjoyed not only being a customer being treated like family but I enjoy learning as many things about his culture I've experienced many good times but this last moved they made has know made move on to where he is because I would rather have great customer service and travel a little further many poor decisions made by owner won't be back you lost me for sure.☹☹☹☹☹
