Positive: Staff were friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. Nothing special, but also nothing to criticize. The breakfast was very basic, but for the price I'm fine with that. Overall, a good value. I would stay here again.

If you're looking for a high-end place to stay, this is not for you. However, if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, well-managed place to stay with very reasonable budget prices, I highly recommended this hotel! Glad we chose this place!

Great budget motel. I have stayed here three times in the past year and will again. The manager was friendly and helpful. The property is older but well maintained and attractive outside. The rooms were nicely decorated and had newer furniture and carpeting. Everything was very clean. Shower water pressure was satisfactory. The beds were very comfortable and the motel was quiet during my stays, all of which included saturday nights.The location is good, right off the highway but road noise is negligible with the windows closed. There are good restaurants and shopping right around. Overall it really is like a perfect budget motel experience.

While the front desk service was very polite, and check in was smooth, the room itself was quite poor. Dim, odorous, and extremely dated. The carpet was particularly unpleasant - dark, and mildly moist and sticky. On the plus side, there was a good sized mini-fridge with a freezer. And the hotel was very quiet the evening I stayed there. Breakfast was a sticky bun in plastic, OJ, and coffee. I've stayed in worse hotels, but not by much...
