Communication is not good, make sure you put a reserve on your stuff and get it in writing! I lost 2,000 items put in larg lots and sold for whatever. I thought we had an understanding of a reserve. Live and learn.

Questions & Answers

Are online auction items automatically billed at max bid price? Example: I bid 100.00 on item, the final bid was 65.00. My invoice listed 100.00. In fact, all the items I bid on were billed at max bid prices instead of the actual bid price.

Ive had it happen also. I do believe a typo. Should be last bid price.

How can I find out when someone is at the storage house so I can pick my things up? Whenever I call there never is an answer.
