Not a fan of this Baker's anymore. Typically they are so slow, but today there wasn't a line... so I thought, great! When handing me my hot coffee the lid popped off... the employee watched it pop off and still proceeded to hand it to me. I noticed that the coffee amount was so much lower than normal. When I questioned her about it, her response was that is the normal amount. Um, I must be super lucky at all other locations bc it's ALWAYS full. Otherwise the fries were overcooked, soggy and tasted old. The shredded beef Quesadilla had almost no cheese. We were offered no condiments or a straw for our shakes... I know, businesses are now wanting you to ask for things. Overall... I'm disappointed and will not be returning to this location... due to prior visit quality too.

This is the closest fast food restaurant to me so I’ve been here a good amount of times. About half the time my order is wrong. Tonight I opened up my bag to find my sandwich was not only wrong but missing the bottom bun. I tried to call to rectify the situation, of course there is no answer.

I don't know what happened to this place. It's not just this location. It's all baker's locations. Food doesn't taste like it used to, it's so expensive for no reason. This chain has seriously lost it's touch since the original owners. 💯% never coming back.

Bakers has a favorite in Southern California for a long time. I know family and friends who travel to California on Vacation and have to make a stop at Bakers! Love picking up the perfect meal here at my local Bakers Drive Thru!...nothing like a hearty tasty Ground Beef Burrito with Cheese, Large Fries, a Cold Refreshing Large Coke and cant forget the Baker's Original Hot Sauce!
