The management team should be ashamed of the way they maintain this senior building. I’ve watched the increasing neglect of this building Since my mother moved in 11 years ago. Back then, services, management and maintenance were on site. Now the floors and walls in the common areas are dirty and scuffed. Trash is frequently left open in the garbage room. And worst of all, roaches have infested the building: in the trash chute rooms, the elevators and the hallways not to mention the apartments. I really wish my mother would move but she is old and doesn’t have the energy to relocate nor adjust to a new community. Our seniors deserve so much better than Riverdale Senior Housing.
