The service lately has been very poor and terrible. I have been a customer for years but lately I refuse to spend a dime in this restaurant as a customer and get treated services so poorly and disrespectful. I purchased 2 large rib tips, got home and there was no sauce on my meat but a small sprinkle on it. Then it wasnβt a full large I was shorted meat for a large. I drove back to the restaurant to ask for sauce on my meat and the cashier wanted to be disrespectful telling me thatβs how I ordered my food. Why would I want ribs with no sauce, I specifically asked for mixed sauce on one tray and the other mild sauce. She started cursing and being very rude and tell me that I need to purchase sauce. This was their mistake and she wants to be rude and never once did I come at her in a rude manner. I will never pay for this service again. Even asking for a manager, they telling me the manager is gone. When you try to support black business this is what you get and itβs sad.

Rude customer service I ordered a large tip with extra sauce which I paid for my tips was not fully cut and the meat and fries was dry not a good first impression!

Bad Customer Service. Nothing changed from I57. The first time I had gone there it was quick. After that it's an hassle. No matter if you call in Or order in person the wait is ridiculous. They are not friendly about either. The food is pretty good but customer service is horrible. And since it's a black business in a black neighborhood we blacks continue to patronize it. I keep saying lets stop taking this abuse. And they are not all that cheap too. What there problems is I don't know. But they should change this. N
Ordering on line is faster but they need to cook fresher french fries
Who the city or the store real talk Ms Harris BBQ yo self cuz it's gonna take forever and not be how ya want it never had a good experience wit them if ya gonna take all day at least get my order right or have what I want so I waited for weather to get right and did it myself steaks links burgers ribs and it was perfect and what I wanted not trying to hate they just take to long and do to much cook it ya self it's quicker

I always call in my order and they always answer just did it last night about 8pm and they answered I love this place matter fact time to warm up my left overs.
Please stay away from this place it's not worth it the service is a zero the sauce is the only delicious item you can do ya own it's. hot in there no chairs not 1. They never answer the ph. most animals are treated better they need to learn how to treat humans and then open a food business I will never go back I would rather eat beans and bread God bless you all
