The service lately has been very poor and terrible. I have been a customer for years but lately I refuse to spend a dime in this restaurant as a customer and get treated services so poorly and disrespectful. I purchased 2 large rib tips, got home and there was no sauce on my meat but a small sprinkle on it. Then it wasn’t a full large I was shorted meat for a large. I drove back to the restaurant to ask for sauce on my meat and the cashier wanted to be disrespectful telling me that’s how I ordered my food. Why would I want ribs with no sauce, I specifically asked for mixed sauce on one tray and the other mild sauce. She started cursing and being very rude and tell me that I need to purchase sauce. This was their mistake and she wants to be rude and never once did I come at her in a rude manner. I will never pay for this service again. Even asking for a manager, they telling me the manager is gone. When you try to support black business this is what you get and it’s sad.

Rude customer service I ordered a large tip with extra sauce which I paid for my tips was not fully cut and the meat and fries was dry not a good first impression!

Customer service sucks! What's the point in calling? Called 4:45pm was told 30 mins. 45 mins told waiting on chicken wings got order after 6pm. Get home no wings. Told come back to get wings waited again didn't get home til 8pm. Worst service ever!

Bad Customer Service. Nothing changed from I57. The first time I had gone there it was quick. After that it's an hassle. No matter if you call in Or order in person the wait is ridiculous. They are not friendly about either. The food is pretty good but customer service is horrible. And since it's a black business in a black neighborhood we blacks continue to patronize it. I keep saying lets stop taking this abuse. And they are not all that cheap too. What there problems is I don't know. But they should change this. N

Yes asked to speak to the owner also there's a number on the window you can call

They nvr answer the phone & even if you do place a phone order they don't cook your food until you come and pay so the wait is extremely long.

Please stay away from this place it's not worth it the service is a zero the sauce is the only delicious item you can do ya own it's. hot in there no chairs not 1. They never answer the ph. most animals are treated better they need to learn how to treat humans and then open a food business I will never go back I would rather eat beans and bread God bless you all
