They nvr answer the phone & even if you do place a phone order they don't cook your food until you come and pay so the wait is extremely long.

I always call in my order and they always answer just did it last night about 8pm and they answered I love this place matter fact time to warm up my left overs.

Sorry you had this experience. The last time I was there I didn't call in my order. It was busy. But I think everybody recieved their order in a timely fashion. Have you spoken with the manager or store owner and let them know?

They only cook chicken upon arrival and payment unless you order online
