As far as laundry goes, this one is clean, has working snack machines and the washer/dryers are all working and seem to be of the latest designs.

Clean. Convience of washers and dryers, always a selection of open ones. My daughter loves the rubber duckie claw drop just makes her day! Best part of laundry.

Machines are always randomly broken. Theyre kind of quick about repairing them. Pretty clean. Except there is a serial urinator, that WILL NOT STOP PEEING ALL OVER THE TOILET!!!!!
