Ginger dressing
I order online for pickup all the time and have never had this issue. However, I also order only at lunch time. I know they stop accepting customers an hour before close as mentioned in the other comments. Maybe the call got dropped, but it wouldn't hurt to mention it to management anyway.
A party of two won't be a problem, I've done it multiple times. You might want to call in ahead of time and reserve seats, I've had to wait for the habachi before with a walk in. You'll have to order off the habachi menu if you're seated at the grill.
I don't know about Thanksgiving. You might want to call and check with them.
Early bird (before 6pm) it's about $15/person for meal and drink.

They have noodles, I'm not sure sure if they are ramen. You normally can get any item on the grill if you want.
I don't think they'll give out their secrets.
