I walked in and waited for over 10 minutes. No one greeted me or said they would be with me in a few minutes nothing they just ignored my presence. A few employees even walked by and just looked at me.

The worst service! Left my nails all uneven. I tried explaining to her she pretended like she couldn’t see what I was talking about. She cut my pinky I have one tip that’s completely ugly. So uneven and unprofessional. They gave me 10 dollars off for a 125 nails that I absolutely hate. They wanted for me to come back. Such a disturbing experience.

Walked in, the owner approached me, I let her know it was my first time at this business. I was there to get a refill and color change on my feet. The owner was pushy, rude, and of course no complimentary drink offered as advertised on the back end of her spa menu not even a water was offered. This business has lost the opportunity to triple their clientele. Definitely would never recommend .
