This is by far the worst BUYBUY BABY. There is a manager there and I do not know her name but she is African American and she makes it hell to return anything back. She claims she’s been there 10 years but she needs to be trained. This is my second time trying to return something and she has made it impossible. I tried returning an item from my registry that was ordered online and she said she couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t carried in store. SMH do better buybuy baby.

ZERO STARS!! I purchased 2 baby gates online and ended up only keeping one and we decided on returning the other one. Unopened box straight from the manufacturer, I take it to the store with the return slip and the “manager” asks if it’s been opened and I tell her no (pretty obvious it wasn’t) and she tells me IT HAS DEFINITELY BEEN OPENED. She pretty much called us liars, until she decided to open the shipping box and the baby gate box was inside new and unopened. This isn’t the first time I experience rudeness from these people with anyone returning items. So I will never be buying anything from Buy Buy Baby again, In store or online. There are plenty of other stores with better customer service.

The manager at the Webster location is absolutely the worst, she had no customer service skills at all. I have dealt with her twice already and both times she is no help and very rude. This time she was not only rude when I called but also rude when a friend if mine went in to try and exchange something, then tried to act as though she was helping them. The best thing for that store is to have another manager take her place.
