Very nice experience. Yesterday when I vist 40 to 60% discount for several items. Vanity bags are sold for 20$ and even bellow. Another attractive thing noticed was the offer for a credit card along with several offers ( since I am only a visitter to US) I didn't care but still I feel there some attraction for permenent customers. After 2015 this is the first time I shop from Macy's I feel a great difference in there approch to the customers and the way they present.

Very pleased with quantity and quality of merchandise. As always prices were too high for the value, but a good sale and extra percent off made that part ok. Fabulous employee at the checkout - friendly, helpful.

Great service! Women helped me, and she ended up re doing my make-up and skin care. I went in to just purchase eye brow makeup and foundation. I had never tried the brand. She was very nice, but I didn't get the eye brow pencil I wanted to get, and she did my make-up and made me look like someone punched me in the eyes putting color all around my eyes. I'm 63, so that is not a good look for my age or any age, in my opinion. The contours she did were a wow moment, and if I liked a skinny looking nose, it would be okay, but I happen to like my nose. And the contours if someone was close it was not blended at all. So, I found a mirror and blended it a bit. She did sell me a lot of products and I do like them. I plan to get more of their brand.
