I can’t even believe I’m about to write this. Let me start off by saying the dentist and dental tech I saw were AMAZING. They were so kind and straight to the point. I give them a 5 Star Rating. The waiting room staff on the other hand… 0 stars. They sent me into an anxiety attack by how rude and unprofessional they were. This was my first time visiting the Lebanon Office. I typically go to Marshfield but I had to schedule an Oral Surgery and only Springfield or Lebanon could do that. I chose Lebanon in hopes they would be kinder and more professional than Springfield but unfortunately I was wrong. When I first walked in I was surprised by how large and open the waiting area was. When you walk in there are 5 desks to help people. 3 on the left, 2 on the right. I walked to a seemingly open desk and was immediately scolded to go to someone else on the right side. So I did, becoming very anxious. The woman at the righthand side desk asked me if i was for a service not for JV and I said that no, i was for JVD and she threw her hands up at me and berated me saying “WELL I CANT HELP YOU YOURE GOING TO NEED TO GO OVER THERE” (pointing to where I just came from) I tried to explain to her lightheartedly that I was told to go to her and she once again raised her voice at me and said “OKAY WELL WAIT FOR THAT WOMAN AND SHE CAN HELP YOU” -that woman was on the phone, which is why I didnt go to her to begin with- At this point I’m in tears, and just standing in the middle of this very large waiting area and I’m invisible. No one will help me, everyone I’ve tried to get help from has berated me. I went into an anxiety attack. When the woman on the phone FINALLY acknowledged me, she was kinder than the others but not much. Checked me in and told me to sit down. Before my appointment I was told to come in 30 minutes early for “new patient paperwork” I called day of to make sure that was accurate. After all of that mess, I never saw any paperwork. I also wasn't a new patient. For Lebanon maybe, but not for Jordan Valley in general. Also they have 4 GIANT fish inside of a DARK and practically empty fish tank the size meant for a mid-size goldfish. The fact that I was treated this way was so unprofessional. If you’re going to berate patients for not knowing where to go when they were specifically told to go somewhere AND you have no signs to signify your service??? That’s just ridiculous. There are so many people from the younger generations with anxiety towards dentist/doctors offices and its because of experiences like this.

Even though the atmosphere is very friendly, I feel the cleanings could be more thorough and beyond the gumline.

They should . They are really wonderful nurse practitioners. And they are very diligent about helping their patients receive the best possible care

I'm not sure. But this Monday the whole building is shut down for the day. You need to call.
Don't know if they have a ob on staff but give them a call they are all good people
Don't know on that but give them a call they are great people
I know they do physicals, not sure about DOT? It costs just the Doctor amount to see them which is 50 dollars unless you request to go on there sliding scale have to prove what you make. If they think you are low income then it can go down to 35 dollars or 25!
Pulled all of mine. Was not as bad as I thought it would be. Now 6 months later I have a tooth left in nest my sinus. No one else can pull it as they have billed it as pulled.
Best to call first
Compass Health (formerly Pathways) in the same facility. Just go to the right two stations. Its what they do; plus case workers, group meetings, C-STAR, etc. Psychiatrist available through tele-med (video conferencing).
I think you have to call and schedule. They get booked up pretty fast.
