Professional group, explained advantages/disadvantages when I ask. And the price was less Lan on line delivery. Big deat is $50 they hooked up icemaker, leveled everything and made sure it worked! Couldn't be happier ☺️. The repair and support what they sell, a big selling point for us.

Bought (what I thought were) all new Whirlpool kitchen appliances. Fridge was missing shelves, water filter inoperable, and the door doesn’t seal! Notified Jacobsens in June & was told “a few weeks” to replace the door. Then a month later called because I had heard nothing from them and they said could be “4-8 weeks”. It is now August 6 and today they said they have no idea when it might arrive and, “they are just the middle man”. I should “call the manufacturer to see if they can do anything about it..”. Wha?? To be clear, the door doesn’t seal and therefore runs constantly and freezes up trying to keep things cold. Seems they should stand by their name and replace the fridge and settle this between Jacobsens and Whirlpool. One star was the lowest choice, I would gladly raise to a 5 if they would simply take some responsibility and ownership. Lowe’s can have one delivered and installed in 5 days :-(. Makes it hard to support local, small business with this type of experience.
