Such a great staff, the front desk guy named marques was so nice and professional and made sure we were happy with our accomodations. Nice and clean rooms. Definitely stay there every time we're around that area!

Omg. Please stay clear of this place. I knew the price was unbelievably cheap on Hotwire, but decided to give it a chance. We arrived and the front desk guy was nice enough. Opened the room and we were so disgusted by what we saw; the outside is very run down but we were willing to see the inside before judging. Ugh. The smell was horrid, but worse was nothing was clean. Floors hasn’t been vacuumed, the carpets were threadbare in many spots, the lamp shades were filthy and falling apart, the desk lamp had rust all over it, the molding by carpet and wall was falling apart, the curtains were broken and had very questionable stains on them, there was what looked like blood spots on floor, burned cigarette holes on the bedding, food and dirt under the bed, stains on the skirting of the bed, and bullets outdoors on the ground in the rocks. Absolutely not safe or a place I could even deal with for one night—-the front desk guy asked what was wrong with the room and then said we were all set. I contacted Hotwire and a refund is supposed to be on the way to me. I guess Groton isn’t a great area to stay in, but I didn’t expect to walk into such a slummy dump.

Positive: The staff checking us in was very friendly and professional and informative she was the best part of the hotel Negative: Yes , let me just say I will not be going back , hotel not room had curtain falling off front window by door and rugs needed vacuum, just needed good cleaning also didn¿t like the fact that a small chain was my only security from someone coming in .

Positive: Room sizes are great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Have a microwave and fridge. Just wish all the rooms had closet space. Overall experience was good. Negative: Found a syringe behind my king bed. Dropped my phone. Glad I didn't just stick my hand down there. They need more towels and bedding. When trying to get clean ones you have to wait for them to bring or wash them. Internet sucks further from office.
