I came here to get a reprieve from sub base. The lobby looks inviting and receptionist seemed professional. I was given a room way on the exterior side of the property and found that I was only being monitored by sub base contractors in a sort of "sting" room. There were suspicious people outside and covert surveillance in the room-cameras embedded in the sprinkler system. The room was filthy and there were numerous flies. The windows were caulked shut and the shower was so dirty that I couldn't even use it. I received a room change and was transferred into the main building. The room was filthy as well and the bathroom flooded when I used the shower and toilet. I didn't note any suspicious activity in this new room. The sub base blacklists this establishment, meaning sailors are not permitted to go here. Yet, hotel staff informed me that the hotel is heavily involved in contract work with the base. Update 6 July 2022: I received a call marked "anonymous" from a man named Mr. Armaius. I answered the phone and he instantly began yelling and threatening me. "Don't you dare defame this hotel." He asked me where I'm stationed and that he was going to call the commanding officer. I attempted to let him know exactly where I am and that I would give him whatever information he wanted. He gave me zero opportunity to respond, yelled over me and then hung up the phone.

My family and I stayed over Memorial weekend, 2 rooms. We were quite happy with our stay. The beds were very comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the staff (both night and morning) were very pleasant. Hotel was within 20 minutes to both casinos. After reading other reviews, I can say, our experience here was just fine and we'd stay again.

We go here a lot but this time was not impressed. Sofa was gross looking, hair all over bathroom floor and when you got up from the toilet it slammed against the wall. Told the front desk and seemed like it was no big deal. We also had late check out but cleaning lady knocked and even before we even had a chance to answer she was in the room. Glad we were dressed. No more bar and food also.

I decided stay at this so called hotel over the weekend with my close friends. It was the only hotel that had available rooms close to the casinos and after spending the most hellish time in this place, I quickly realized why they had vacancies. This hotel had to be the nastiest place on the planet. The heat was broken, the carpets were dirty, the bathroom was super filthy and I haven’t been able to stop scratching myself since I left this place. In addition to the filth, and constant itching, we had a front desk staff named Lisa aka “Karen” that over charged my credit card and accused us of smoking marijuana in our rooms, which never happened. She was looking for any reason to call the police. This place is like a dumpster fire. Do not stay at this motel! You will regret it! Also they are very racists!!!

Yes, you have to coordinate with the front desk.
