Unfortunately, I've been to this ER a couple of times (pre-covid) and hadn't had the best experiences (attitudes, long wait times, etc.). I was there today and everyone was so nice, genuinely cared, helpful, and trying to accommodate everyone as best as they could. They were even starting the process of getting to people in the waiting room because of limited rooms available. ER's, and Healthcare in general, really try the best they can (most of them, I'm sure there are a few bad apples as with any job) and yes, you might have a wait but that should be expected in this day and age. God bless HealthCare workers. I couldn't do it.

Truly, the absolute worst care…if you can call it that

I have a friend that went to the ER yesterday w bilateral COVID pneumonia. SHE IS STILL SITTING IN AN ER ROOM MORE THAN 24 hours!!! Seriously!! They tell her that they have NO ROOMS and ARE AT FULL CAPACITY!! This is crazy! I do not buy it! What is going on @ that hospital?!?!

Terrible Dr. I injured my elbow. X-rays and all. Fracture and not even an Rx for Ibuprofen. What?

As of today my understanding is that at all fairview locations patients are allowed 1 visitor who must be the same visitor for the duration of their stay from 8:30am to 8 pm.
Yes. My wife was last week. Mask up.
Untill 6:30pm right now. Not sure when they start

Not anymore as of January 2019. The gift shop is closed and is now a pharmacy.
I have same question...Are all rooms in Orrthopedic recovery floor private rooms?
There is not a "designated" smoking area. The campus is non-smoking.
If you go in door 2 they have a good map of the campus.
Drop off is at door #4
Ramp Parking
I think so.
Don't know about the Emergency Department but normal visiting policy is one designated visitor per patient.
Lower level. Take the big stair case down from the Skyway Lobby and you'll see a hallway on your left with some conference rooms. The first room you'll see is the Esperanza Room, and the Au Fait room is at the end of the hall.
2nd floor
Children's hospital in Minneapolis or st. Paul
No they closed at end December, its going to turn into a pharmacy and gift shop of some sort
After 8:30 pm you will need to check in with hospital security at door 5 on the East side of the hospital. They will ask for your ID and who you are visiting.
Are you an expecting or new mother and subsequent meth addict?
No
I was just there. They seemed ok. I rode in 2.
Yes
A five day pass is the longest we were able to get. We were there for 11 days total.
In your health plan book it should list some or check with your primary Dr office should be a good start
I'm not totally sure. If they gave permission and or if you are family. Hope the surgery went gr8
It is on the far West side of the hospital on the main floor. It is best to park in the West ramp across France Ave and take the skyway, or have someone drop you off at door 2.
I've had that same thing happen at other places that I've applied at. Try calling there tech support. I don't know what you are applying for but I got very bad service there a few days ago so might want to check out other places to work with a better reputation
Im sure they can check your blood pressure by the nursing staff but there may be a charge. I don't know where you live but when I got done with my Dr i went to Cub at 84 and lyndale and was close to what they said but in minutes it can change. I've seen machines all over that do it for you. Tjey
Third, stay away from 8th floor, it's the death ward!!!
