Ascension will wrong you in so many ways! They completely messed up the billing on my procedure and essentially scamed me out of $2000 dollars, cause they would properly submit a claim with my insurance after repeated requests. Customer service reps didn't listen and were inattentive to what I needed and repeatedly told me false or misleading information. DON'T GO HERE!!!

I had to bring my family member to the hospital labor morning and the lady at the front desk sat at the back desk kept asking me questions but yelling them to register me. she asked all my information upon checking in and did not have the courtesy of coming to the window while asking all my personnel questions I thought this was non professional as well as rude. when i asked for her name she refused to answer, and I couldn't see her badge from where she was sitting

The staff at the main entrance were very rude and short. Wouldn't recommend.
