Professionalism 0/5 Quality of Service 3/5 Location/ Appearance 2/5 Drama 6/5 Professionalism- My husband and I set up appointments weeks prior to coming for TSA precheck fingerprints. When we arrived (15 minutes early, as suggested in the confirmation email) there was one other person in the waiting room. We could hear people talking in a further back room and could see a second room with other customers waiting. We signed in and waited as instructed by signage. In our 30 minutes of waiting 4 people walked out from the backroom. We did not see an employee bring anyone else back nor did anyone else communicate with us what was happening, why we were waiting so long, or how much longer the wait would be. A couple of people joined us in waiting but eventually left. Eventually an employee asked us to come back. Her response to any questions about waiting was "I don't know, I just got here." Once we were brought back it was a very quick and straight forward process and we were there less than an hour total. With zero communication and complete disregard for appointments made this a subpar experience. Quality of Service- The employee we worked with to confirm and complete our precheck information was knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. It made the process easier that she knew the application front to back and knew what information was needed from us. While I think the actual time spent with the employee was efficient and easy I was still disappointed at the lack of communication, respect for our time, and wait. Location/ Appearance- The office is small (at least from what I saw) and the parking lot is not intuitive. The "IdentoGO" signage is small and located in the window. The sign on the unit says "drug testing." If you are looking for Identogo you will miss it. Inside the office the decor is strange. There are reflective streamers like one would have at a birthday party, job advertisements, a 16x20 (guess on size) picture of a young boy getting a tie put on him with a somber look on his face, a 3'x5' American flag, a Mizzou football picture, and assorted anti-drug messaging all in a tiny waiting room. The space was tidy but disjointed, as in, clearly little thought or care went into it. Though strange, it helped pass the time to discuss where the stuff came from and what type of individual would think that it works together. Drama- While waiting in the waiting room we met many individuals. There were college students who had also made appointments that fit their class schedule but received no help once they waited past that time and eventually left. The people that were getting in were the bus drivers. Now this is just speculation but it appeared to me that drug testing bus drivers was the primary goal of the employees that day. When discussing with my new bus driver friends what was the occasion I learned that these bus drivers in particular are there quite often. They get "randomly" drug tested every two weeks. The drama llama in me was intrigued so I had to know why. While they could only speculate my new friends said they don't think it's random. The same people get randomly drug tested every time. They believe their bosses pull the people they know will pass the drug tests. Another interesting point of discussion was that all of these bus drivers were pulled for random testing after driving their morning routes. So they already held children's lives in their hands at that point. In the words of my new friend, "If I'm drunk now, I've been drunk." They told me about some of their co-workers that need to be drug tested. One of which was very troubling but I was assured, 'he can't be on drugs, there's not a drug out there strong enough to fix him.' I wish them all well as they made my wait much more enjoyable. If you need to go to this location my recommendation would be to go early or later in the day to miss the school rush.

Was the easiest process I have ever been though. The lady helping was fantastic and it went very quickly.

One of the most unprofessional experiences in the last 25 years of employment/volunteerism. No privacy, inattentive, carrying on multiple conversations with coworkers and non-employee visitors beyond the security door while I was there for official background check protocol.
