Anyone who moves here I highly suggest to not. This landlord NEVER is in her office stays in her room which is attached to her office. Can't play loud music. Kids can't swim outside In a baby pool (even though she has a pool in her yard) everything everyone does is limited. She also will take your personal problems and use them against you and then lies about it. No accountability for her actions.

I have been trying to turn in my application for almost more then a week and no one is ever in the office around the hours it’s supposed to be open. So I’m just gonna apply at other places cause it’s ridiculous when no one is ever there or can answer a phone, not a good place to be living if it’s like that to try and turn in a application.

Depends on how much income it's normally 30 percent
My mother lives there and I do her home health. Shes very happy there, pretty much everyone is either friendly or keeps to themselves. Its quiet and a very safe place to live.
They're usually pretty long, kind of depends on your needs and situation felons are a no for this place
While we love furry friends, pets are unfortunately not allowed. We welcome assistance/service animals as a reasonable accommodation under the Fair Housing Act.
