Friendly staff at checking-in no matter if you have an appointment is first come first serve and you will have your door as soon as possible but.. they are extremely slow loading the trucks

I read several comments and I was scared when I arrived because I thought it would take me the 5 or 7 hours that other comments say, but to my surprise my appointment was for 4pm in a Flatbed trailer and at 4:30 it was already loaded and the Dry Van entered and left very quickly, I would say that less than an hour and a half they were already leaving, and in the office very friendly and the Forklift driver too ,so I do not know the experience of others but I speak of mine

Your lucky it use to be way worse best time to get there and check in is 645 am
No we do not have an axek scale any longer for trucks coming in to pickup.
I think they look at it as the dirt they put in they think is not contaminated as it's only really been on their site. I'd suggest buying a leaf blower, it takes me 10 min to blow out my trailer, and it's more efficient than sweeping.
